- 250 gflour
- 150 gsugar
- 150 gsoftened butter
- 3eggs
- 120 mlmilk
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 1 tspvanilla
Instructions
- 1Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then add the eggs.
- 2Mix in the milk, vanilla, flour and baking powder.
- 3Spread in a lined baking pan and arrange the apples on top.
- 4Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
