German Apple Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 4apples, thinly sliced
• 250 gflour
• 150 gsugar
• 150 gsoftened butter
• 3eggs
• 120 mlmilk
• 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
• 1 teaspooncinnamon
• 1 teaspoonvanilla

Instructions

1. 1Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then add the eggs.
2. 2Mix in the milk, vanilla, flour and baking powder.
3. 3Spread in a lined baking pan and arrange the apples on top.
4. 4Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
